Release official Vision 2035 document — fully researched and budgeted. Collaborate with student unions, NGOs and reform organizations. Conduct Bihar-wide online surveys. Reach 10 lakh engaged followers.
Begin verified offline meetups in major Bihar cities. Identify and train local youth leaders in each district. Formally register Nav Bihar Morcha with the Election Commission of India. Announce candidates.
